In our new age way of living, most of us are trying to live healthier lives and that includes changing the way we eat and the products we use in our homes. We’ve all become more environmentally conscience and try to use more natural cleaning products for overall good health. Many common household cleaners that we were so used to buying over the years are actually toxic and have harmful ingredients like ammonia and bleach. Some products even release dangerous chemicals that can actually cause health problems including cancers. Switching to more natural and common house hold products can save money all while making your home healthy, clean and environmentally friendly.

NATURAL CLEANING PRODUCTS

  • Lemons
  • Orange
  • Rosemary
  • Lemongrass oil
  • Tea-tree oil
  • Lavender oil (for clean scent)
  • Olive oil (for wood finishes)
  • White vinegar
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Baking soda

Spring is also a good time to put houses on the market. According to national data, it reports spring, specifically the beginning of May, maximizes price and minimizes the time on the market making it the best time to sell. Spring has the most advantage of attracting potential buyers. Weather conditions have alot to do with it as well as Canadians - there’s a dramatic decline during colder months. The nicer weather during spring offers beautiful colours in bloom and curb appeal to attract buyers in. More people are more inclined to spend after they have paid off their holiday debt from prior months. Another reason for families with kids is timing it towards the end of a school year so there is less stress on closing escrow closer to summer and less stress on the family during the move.
